Her journey into the world of baking was not accidental—it was visionary. What began as passion evolved into mastery, positioning her as a distinguished home baker and a respected presence within the culinary community.
As the Executive Coordinator to Chef Muassab Pasha, she operates at the core of organizational excellence—directing academic operations, managing international student networks, and strengthening institutional growth. Chef Shahmeer is an internationally trained culinary professional recognized for his dedication to precision, creativity, and the refined craft of baking and pastry arts. Born on 14 November 1998 in Pakistan, he developed an early passion for the culinary world and pursued professional excellence through international training and experience. He is currently based in Switzerland, where he continues to expand his culinary journey on a global stage.
Determined to master the discipline of modern baking, Chef Shahmeer sought education beyond borders, training in Turkey, Ireland, and the United Arab Emirates, particularly Dubai. These international experiences shaped his understanding of global baking traditions, contemporary techniques, and professional kitchen culture.
He completed Culinary Arts Level 3 in Turkey, building a strong foundation in culinary technique and kitchen operations. Advancing his expertise further, he achieved Level 7 in Baking and Pastry in Ireland, where he trained in advanced pastry production, artisan baking, and high-level professional kitchen standards.
Chef Shahmeer is also certified by the prestigious International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) in Dubai, an institution known for developing world-class culinary professionals.
