Recipe
Yield: Approx. ¾ cup (150–180 g)
Ingredients
.Red Chilies – 3–4 (20 g, seeds removed)
.Garlic – 2 cloves (5 g)
.Vinegar – 2 tbsp (30 g)
.Salt – ½ tsp (3 g)
.Olive Oil – 1 tbsp (15 g)
Method
1. Boil red chilies and garlic in water until soft (3–4 minutes).
2. Blend into smooth paste.
3. Add vinegar, salt, and olive oil. Blend again until smooth.
4. Cool and refrigerate before use.

Refrigeration: Up to 2 weeks due to vinegar preservation.
