Recipe

Yield: Approx. 1½ cups (250–280 g)

Ingredients

.Tahini Paste – 100 g (½ cup)
.Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp (30 g)
.Garlic – 1–2 cloves (5 g)
.Olive Oil – 2 tbsp (30 g)
.Water – 100 g (½ cup, adjust as needed)
.Salt – ½ tsp (3 g)

Method

1. In a bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt.

2. Gradually add water while whisking until smooth and creamy.

3. Adjust thickness as desired.

4. Chill before serving.

Storage Guidelines

Refrigeration: 5–6 days.
Stir before reuse as natural separation may occur.
Do Not Freeze.
