Yield: Approx. 1½ cups (250–280 g)
Ingredients

.Olive Oil – 2 tbsp (30 g)
.Water – 100 g (½ cup, adjust as needed)
.Salt – ½ tsp (3 g)
Method
1. In a bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt.
2. Gradually add water while whisking until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust thickness as desired.
4. Chill before serving.
