Yogurt Sauce is a light, refreshing, and mildly seasoned sauce used with grilled items and wraps.

Recipe

Yield: Approx. 1 cup (220–240 g)

Ingredients

.Yogurt – 200 g (1 cup)
.Garlic – 1–2 cloves (5 g, crushed)
.Olive Oil – 1 tbsp (15 g)
.Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp (15 g)
.Salt – ¼ tsp (1–2 g)
.Black Pepper – ¼ tsp (1 g)

Method

1. Combine yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
